At around 12:50 pm on Saturday, January 24, emergency services rushed to the scene following multiple calls made to Triple Zero from concerned citizens who witnessed the incident. "Numerous members of the public stopped to assist the driver and the passenger, providing police with various accounts of what transpired," Det Insp Swain stated.
